VANITY ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGES

Vancouver, British Columbia, May 19, 2026 - Vanity Capital Inc. (NEX Board: VYC.H) ("Vanity" or the "Company) is pleased to announce that Ms. Elena Tanzola and Dr. Bohumil (Boris) Molak, Ph.D., P.Geo. have been appointed to the board of directors of the Company.

Ms. Carol Miller is retiring and has resigned as a director of the Company. Ms. Miller has been a director of Vanity since August 2019.

Mr. Nicolas Segounis, CEO of Vanity stated: "I would like to thank Ms. Miller for her services as a member of the Board of Directors of Vanity for nearly seven years. We wish her the best in retirement."
