CREDISSENTIAL ANNOUNCES REVOLCATION OF MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER

The management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) on Oct. 31, 2025, in respect of the securities of Credissential Inc. has been revoked.

Pursuant to a letter issued by the ASC dated Jan. 5, 2026, the MCTO is no longer in effect as of Jan. 3, 2026. As a result, trading in the securities of the company is no longer subject to the restrictions imposed by the MCTO.

The company would like to thank the ASC for its co-operation and guidance throughout the process, and appreciates the patience and continued support of its shareholders.
