WINDFALL GEOTEK ADVANCES NEW AI-DRIVEN EXPLORATION BUSINESS MODEL THROUGH BATHURST MINING CAMP CLAIM RENEWALS FOLLOWING HIGH-PRIORITY VMS TARGET GENERATION

Windfall Geotek Inc. has renewed its claims on 592 hectares successful modelling and extraction of the geophysical digital signature.

The AI (artificial intelligence) zinc targets staked by Windfall Geotek was generated by an AI model with a higher level of similarity using only the zinc-copper assays characterizing seven VMS (volcanogenic massive sulphide) deposits located southeast of Bathurst mining camp (BMC), either Brunswick No. 12, Brunswick No. 6, Key Anacon, Captain, Captain North extension, Heath Steele and Stratmat Main.

The VMS-1 Upper Sprig Brook property was staked in September, 2025, for its VMS (An-Cu-Ag-Au) potential based on AI targeting study of Bathurst mining camp in 2025. It is located approximately 14 kilometres east-southeast from the VMS Heath Steele mines and six km south from the VMS Captain deposit, in New Brunswick. The property is readily accessible via the Highway 430 and through secondary logging roads which branch off the Highway 430.

Technical summary and methodology

Windfall Geotek used a set of 694 variables built from 1995 Multiparameter (magnetic, radiometric, electromagnetic) Survey and the 2004 Megatem survey, and gridded to a 50 m cell size (model resolution) was used over the regional modelling surface area which corresponds to 1,363,428 data points (pixels). A total of 26,887 zinc and copper assays were used as learning data. These training data originated from different

Best drill results to date include:

• Hole B-3 (1953): 9.2 per cent Zn (zinc), 0.44 per cent Cu (copper) and 170 grams per tonne Ag (silver);
• Hole B-23 (1953): 4.8 per cent Zn, 0.47 per cent Cu and 100 g/t Ag;
• Hole A72-5 (1972): 0.2 per cent Zn, 0.6 per cent Cu and four g/t Ag;
• Hole SB-05-03 (2005): 0.27 per cent Cu and 0.21 per cent Cu over 0.4 m.
