WALKER LANE RESOURCES LTD. PROVIDES FURTHER CLARIFICATION ON ITS RECENT PRESS RELEASE OF APRIL 3,2025

At the request of CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization), Walker Lane Resources Ltd. has retracted certain information in its press release dated April 3, 2025, entitled "Walker Lane Resources Ltd. Notes Unusual Trading Activity and the Development of its New Website."

In this regard, the company provides clarification regarding certain statements and/or related actions:

• The news release issued was not reviewed by CIRO prior to dissemination.
• While the company has analyzed trading activity in the period leading up to the issuance of the news release, it has not yet determined manipulative trading activity in its common shares.
• The company has filed a formal complaint with CIRO.
• Conclusive evidence has not yet been uncovered or presented to determine whether manipulative activity resulted in a depreciation of the company's share price.
• The company wishes to confirm that its management is unaware of any material change in the company's operations that would account for the recent market activity.
• Certain statements made in the press release were noted by CIRO to be offside with TSX-V Policy 3.3, Section 8.2.
