Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 24, 2025, please note a correction regarding the Tule Canyon property acquisition.

The maximum number of common shares issuable to Silver Range Resources Ltd. for the Tule Canyon property is 952,381, not 1,047,618. This correction is based on the maximum share payment amount of $200,000 (U.S.), calculated as half of the cash payments due in year 2 ($75,000 (U.S.)), year 3 ($100,000 (U.S.)) and year 4 ($225,000 (U.S.)), at the floor price of 21 U.S. cents per share.

For clarification, the correct total number of common shares that could be issued for all three letters of intent is 1,809,524 shares, as detailed in the attached table.

All other information in the exchange's bulletin dated July 24, 2025, remains unchanged.
