Realbotix draws another $500,000 (U.S.) from Onconetix

2026-10-23 11:50 ET - News Release

Mr. Andrew Kiguel reports

REALBOTIX ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL DRAW UNDER BRIDGE LOAN FROM ONCONETIX

Realbotix Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Realbotix LLC, has agreed to an additional advance of $500,000 (U.S.) in connection with the loan agreement entered into with Onconetix Inc. on Sept. 14, 2026, in connection with the proposed merger transaction involving Realbotix LLC and Onconetix previously announced on Feb. 12, 2026.

"Realbotix and Onconetix are committed to completing their merger transaction. This loan provides for greater commitment and certainty from both sides to complete the transaction," said Andrew Kiguel, chief executive officer of Realbotix.

The additional draw increases the aggregate amount advanced under the facility from $2.5-million (U.S.) to $3-million (U.S.), out of the total $5-million (U.S.) available under the agreement.

The facility is an unsecured promissory note from Onconetix, as lender, to Realbotix LLC, as borrower, and is guaranteed by Realbotix Corp. The note is non-interest-bearing and, upon closing of the merger, the note and all obligations under the loan documents will be automatically cancelled and discharged in full, without payment by Realbotix LLC or Realbotix Corp. If the merger agreement is terminated, interest will accrue on the outstanding principal amount at 12 per cent per annum from the date of termination.
