M SPLIT CORP. MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARED FOR CLASS I PREFERRED SHARES

M Split Corp. has declared its monthly distribution of 3.125 cents per share (37.5 cents annually) for Class I preferred shareholders. The Class I preferred share dividends are paid at an annual rate of 7.50 per cent based on the $5 notional issue price. Distributions are payable Aug. 8, 2025, to shareholders on record as at July 31, 2025.
