YOCALE.AI EXPANDS ITS BEAUTY AND WELLNESS OPERATING SYSTEM WITH NEXT-GENERATION INVOICING

Yocale.ai Inc. has launched next-generation Yocale Invoicing, and now the layer through which sales, integrated payments and balances flow inside the Yocale operating system. Fully integrated by design and standalone when needed, it expands the company's commerce and financial infrastructure while strengthening the connected data foundation across the platform. It handles a broad range of a business's sales, letting salons, medspas and wellness businesses invoice clients and track what they owe in the same system they use to manage appointments.

Beauty and wellness are built on repeat business. In medical aesthetics, 73 per cent of patients are repeat patients, according to the American Med Spa Association's 2024 medical spa state of the industry report. Over the course of that relationship, a client books services, buys products, leaves balances outstanding and pays across several visits, and no single appointment record captures it.

Yocale Invoicing extends the transaction workflow beyond the booked appointment. A sale can start at the front desk, in the treatment room or from a client profile. It can cover a service, a retail product or both on the same invoice. It can be split across multiple payments or cover several clients under a single payer, with each service still attached to the person who received it. Unlike a traditional appointment checkout, Yocale Invoicing can operate independently of a booking while still staying connected to the broader client and business workflow.

Every one of those transactions runs through the same workflow as a booked appointment and lands on the same operational record. What was sold, who sold it, who paid for it and what remains outstanding all sit on the client's file, alongside refunds, taxes, tips and staff attribution. That gives businesses a connected view of staff sales performance, commissions, product trends and client purchase history.

In practice, that means a business can:

• Start a transaction without a booking: A sale can start at the front desk, in the treatment room or from a client profile; no booking required.
• Put services and products on one invoice: Staff can add retail products to an invoice alongside services or sell a product on its own for a fast front-desk checkout. Products can be scanned with a supported barcode scanner, and each one updates inventory and the client's purchase history.
• Check out a group with one payer: Businesses can combine appointments for several clients into a single invoice paid by one person, with each service attached to the client who received it -- useful for couples, families and other group visits.
• Preserve invoice history: Editing an unpaid invoice creates a new version and keeps the old one, so businesses can see what changed and when.
• Support flexible payment management: Businesses can record a payment, take several payments against the same invoice or send the client a payment request directly from the invoice.

As more operational and financial activity is connected within Yocale, the company expects the resulting data to support deeper reporting, automation and intelligent decision support over time. The launch further advances Yocale.ai's embedded-fintech strategy for the beauty and wellness industry.
