YOCALE.AI APPROVED FOR OTCQB TRADING IN THE U.S., ALSO TRADING IN CANADA AND GERMANY

Yocale.ai Inc.'s Class A common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States, effective Oct. 21, 2026, under the symbol YOAIF. Investors can trade Yocale.ai shares in the United States under YOAIF, in Germany on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under K4G and in Canada on the Canadian Securities Exchange under YAI.

The company's existing U.S. quotation transitions to OTCQB under the same trading symbol. Existing shareholders do not need to take any action.
