The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Commerce Split Corp. has split its capital shares on a 1.1-new-for-one-old basis. According to the TSX, the record date for the split is March 6, 2026, and the payable date is March 11, 2026. The ex distribution and postsplit trading date is March 6, 2026 (at the open). There will be no due-bill trading.
The TSX notes that no fractional capital shares will be issued. Fractional
share entitlements will be rounded down to the next
whole share.
As the capital shares trade in the book-based system
and no individual certificates are issued, holders of
capital shares need not take any action with respect to
receiving the split shares.
