The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the company's non-arm's-length acquisition of Lui International Group Inc., operating as Yorkton Management, in consideration of 8,340,485 company common shares at a deemed 10 cents per share, subject to closing adjustments.
