CSE bulletin 2025-1131

Mistango River Resources Inc. has changed its name and symbol to Stardust Metal Corp. and ZIGY, respectively, and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every five preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 35,656,368 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name, symbol and Cusip number on Nov. 21, 2025.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Nov. 20, 2025. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
