The diamond and specialty minerals stocks box score for Tuesday was a weak 66-85-159 as the TSX Venture Exchange fell eight points to 634. Patrick Power and Buddy Doyle's Arctic Star Exploration Corp. (ADD) added one-half cent to 1.5 cents on 451,000 shares. Further, there are no reportable events between the company and its former bean counters. (Under continuous disclosure obligations -- one of several gospels in the regulators' New Testament -- a reportable event is defined as "a disagreement, a consultation, or an unresolved issue.")
