The diamond and specialty minerals stocks box score for Tuesday was a so-so 76-74-160 as the TSX Venture Exchange lost nine points to 665. Patrick Power and Buddy Doyle's all-but-dormant Arctic Star Exploration Corp. (ADD), unchanged at one cent on 65,000 shares, is nevertheless one of Canada's more active diamond explorers.
