(CGNT) was last heard from early this month when it set out to raise over $30-million in support of advancing its big Mocoa copper and molybdenum project in Colombia, but it continues to percolate in the market. The company's stock, which spent most of the year trading near the 80-cent mark, dipped two cents to $1.19 on 3.32 million shares today.

Now, Mr. Narayanasamy, Max Power's chief executive officer, cheers that the placement has closed.
