New York spot gold lost $14.70 to $1,900.40 on Tuesday. The TSX Venture Exchange fell 13.12 points to 557.05 while the TSX gold index fell 6.21 points to 261.17. Most Canadian gold miners moved lower with bullion. Pan American Silver Corp. (PAAS) fell 87 cents to $19.37 on 939,000 shares and Argonaut Gold Inc. (AR) lost two cents to 55 cents on 12.68 million shares. West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. (WRLG) was stronger, as it rose four cents to 73 cents on 5.78 million shares.
Jason Kosek's Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) lost one cent to $1.12 on 60,000 shares on an updated resource estimate for its DeLamar and Florida Mountain deposits in southwestern Idaho. The company now has 247.8 million tonnes measured and indicated at 0.37 gram of gold and 18.1 grams of silver per tonne plus 43.1 million tonnes inferred at lower grades, a total of 3.36 million ounces of gold and 157.5 million ounces of silver.
