Does the BCSC have any teeth to collect the o/s fines? Seems silly to fine people knowing, you can't collect. What a waste of time and money.

Its very hard to collect $ in BC even if you have a judgement the money is hidden and the defendant claims he is broke, expensive car and house not in his name so what can you do to collect ideas please

BC Judges disrespect BC Securities Commission orders because they are not ex-Judges, and the decision can be registered in BC Court but it carries the same weight as a foreign judgment. Some BC judges are just Masters, some gay fukwad appointed by his ballicked friend to sit for Judges- they know fuk all about law, but will if you buy them a burger, give you a wink decision in BC Court.
But BC Securities decisions are made by some farmer, or parole officer, who may be a coke sniffer or adulter, and the Judges know, the real Judges.
