The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Aurora Cannabis Inc. common share purchase warrants (symbol ACB.WT.U) will be delisted at the close on March 18, 2024. According to the TSX, the warrants will expire on March 16, 2024, and, as March 16, 2024, is a Saturday, the company has received confirmation that Computershare Trust Company of Canada will accept subscription instructions until 5 p.m. Toronto time on March 18, 2024, being the next succeeding business day.

The TSX notes that as a result of the 1:10 share consolidation that became effective for trading purposes on Feb. 20, 2024, 10 warrants are exercisable into one postconsolidated share of the company at an exercise price of $90 (U.S.) per share. Trades on March 14, 2024, will settle on March 15, 2024, trades on March 15, 2024, will settle on March 18, 2024, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on March 18, 2024, will settle on the same day.
