The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Aurora Cannabis Inc. common share purchase warrants will be delisted at the close on June 2, 2025. According to the TSX, the warrants have an expiry date of June 1, 2025. As June 1, 2025, is a Sunday, the company has received confirmation that Computershare Trust Company of Canada will accept subscription instructions until 5 p.m. Toronto time on June 2, 2025, being the next succeeding business day.

The TSX notes that as a result of the 1:10 rollback that became effective for trading purposes on Feb. 20, 2025, 10 warrants are currently exercisable into one postconsolidated common share of the company at an exercise price of $32 (U.S.) per share. Trades in the warrants from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on June 2, 2025, will settle on the same day.
