ALPHAMIN DECLARES FINAL FY2023 DIVIDEND

Alphamin Resources Corp. has declared a final fiscal year (FY) 2023 cash dividend of three cents per share on the common shares (approximately $27.9-million (U.S.) in the aggregate). The dividend will be payable on May 24, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2024.
