ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE GROUP ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF VOTING AT ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. has released the results of voting at its annual meeting of shareholders, held on May 2, 2025.

All of the nominees listed in the management information circular prepared in connection with the meeting were elected as directors of the company, with the outcome of the vote being as shown in the attached table.

In addition, the resolution to appoint KPMG LLP as the company's auditor for the 2025 fiscal year was passed by a majority of the votes represented at the meeting.
