ATKINSREALIS TO HOLD ITS FIRST QUARTER EARNINGS WEBCAST AND CONFERENCE CALL AND ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Atkinsrealis Group Inc. will hold its first quarter financial earnings webcast and conference call and annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

Q1 2026 financial results

Atkinsrealis will hold a webcast and conference call to discuss and present its first quarter financial results. The public is invited to listen to the webcast or the conference call on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Participants will be Ian L. Edwards, president and chief executive officer, and Jeff Bell, chief financial officer. Financial results will be released prior to the market open that day.

A live webcast of the conference call will be available. To participate to the conference call, please preregister. Registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail with dial-in details and a unique access code required to join the live call. The accompanying slide presentation will be posted on the company's website on the day of the call, along with the release of the financial results.

A recording of the webcast and a transcript of the conference call will be available on the company's website within 24 hours following the call.

Annual meeting of shareholders

Atkinsrealis's annual meeting of shareholders will be held as a hybrid meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Registered shareholders as of the close of business on March 23, 2026, and duly appointed proxyholders of record can attend the meeting in person at the Lumi Experience office, located at 1250 Rene-Levesque Blvd. West, Suite 3610, Montreal, Que., Canada, H3B 4W8, or on-line.

Whether or not a shareholder plans to attend the meeting, the company urges all shareholders to vote and submit their proxy in advance of the meeting by one of the methods described in the Atkinsrealis's 2026 management proxy circular that will be provided to shareholders.
