ATS ANNOUNCES DATES OF FIRST QUARTER RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL AND ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

ATS Corp. will release its financial results for the first quarter ended June 28, 2026, before markets open on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026.

At 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Aug. 6, 2026, the company will host a conference call and webcast of management's quarterly remarks and follow-up question-and-answer period with analysts. The webcast will be listen only and the conference call can be accessed by dialling 800-715-9871 five minutes prior and quoting reference No. 4581797.

Annual meeting of shareholders

ATS will host its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will be virtual only.
