AVALON ANNOUNCES THE RESULTS OF ITS 2025 ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Avalon Advanced Materials Inc. has released the results of its 2025 annual and special meeting of shareholders, held in Toronto, Ont., on Feb. 27, 2025. At the meeting, all seven director nominees listed in the company's information circular dated Jan. 14, 2025, were elected as directors of the company. The detailed results of the vote are provided in the attached table.
At the meeting, shareholders also approved the reappointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the auditor of the company, and disinterested shareholders approved the issuance of common shares of the company to SCR-Sibelco NV upon conversion of the amended and restated convertible debenture dated Nov. 18, 2024, in accordance with its terms.
