Else Nutrition Provides Comment on Temporary Cease Trade Order

Vancouver, British Columbia, September 2, 2026 - ELSE NUTRITION HOLDINGS INC. (CSE: BABY) (OTCQX: BABYF) (FSE: 0YL) (the "Company") announces that the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") has issued a failure-to-file cease trade order against the Company effective as of August 24, 2026. The cease trade order was issued due to the Company's delayed filing of its interim financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and the applicable CEO and CFO certifications, for the period ended June 30, 2026 (the "Interim Financials"). As a result, trading in the Company's securities on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") has been temporarily suspended.

Management of the Company continues to make progress preparing the Interim Financials and intends to complete the filings next week. Once the Interim Financials have been filed, the Company will subsequently apply to the BCSC for a revocation of the cease trade order.
