The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Bank of Montreal's non-cumulative five-year rate reset Class B preferred shares, Series 33 (non-viability contingent capital (NVCC)) (symbol BMO.PR.Y), will be delisted at the close on Aug. 25, 2025. According to the TSX, BMO will redeem the Series 33 shares on Aug. 25, 2025, for $25 per share.
The TSX reports that the final quarterly dividend of 19.0875 cents per Series 33 share
will be paid in the usual manner on Aug. 25, 2025, to
holders of record on July 30, 2025. This dividend will be paid
separately from the redemption price.
As the preferred shares are held through the book-entry
system of CDS and no individual certificates are issued,
holders of the Series 33 shares need not take any action with
respect to the redemption.
