BOREALIS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF RESTRICTED SHARE UNITS

Borealis Mining Company Ltd. has granted an aggregate of 150,000 restricted share units (RSUs) to employees and an officer of the company pursuant to the terms of the company's omnibus long-term incentive plan. The RSUs shall vest on the date that is one year from the date of grant.
