CALFRAC WELL SERVICES LTD. RESCHEDULES 2024 SECOND QUARTER EARNINGS RELEASE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST TO AUGUST 1, 2024

Calfrac Well Services Ltd. now intends to release its 2024 second quarter results before the market opens on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024, and has scheduled a conference call to begin at 10 a.m. MT (12 p.m. ET) on the same day. The second quarter results were initially scheduled to be released on Aug. 8, 2024; however, the company changed the release date to accommodate the schedules of certain directors.

To participate in the conference call please register on-line. Once registered, you will receive a dial-in number and a unique PIN (personal identification number), which will allow you to ask questions.

The call will also be webcast and can be accessed on-line. A replay of the webcast call will also be available on Calfrac's website for at least 90 days.
