TORONTO, Oct. 7, 2026 /CNW/ -- As the yuletide draws near, Corus Entertainment Inc.'s Canadian Original series Holiday Bakeshop is set to deck the halls with Season 2 premiering Sunday, November 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Flavour Network and streaming on STACKTV. Hosted by Canadian actress and musician Lauren Ash, the merry baking competition sees eight talented bakers face off in a series of high-stakes holiday challenges, all hoping to impress the judges, be crowned this season's champion and take home the $25,000 prize.
Host Lauren Ash is an actress, comedian and musician, best known for her roles in NBC's Superstore and ABC's Not Dead Yet. Hailing from Toronto, she is a Canadian Screen Award and Canadian Comedy Award-winner. Adding a generous sprinkle of baking expertise to the judging panel are Kareem "Mr. Bake" Queeman, a James Beard nominated chef, baking entrepreneur and TV personality, alongside Colin Asuncion, a talented baker, recipe developer and food media personality.
Each episode serves up a fresh helping of holiday magic in the Bakeshop. The season opens with "Ring in the Holidays", as the bakers capture cherished traditions in dazzling desserts, before swapping their aprons for ski jackets in "Après Ski", where cozy winter treats - fit for a mountain lodge - are on the menu and one slip could send a bake tumbling downhill! As the season continues, the bakers keep their cool through frosty challenges, take on a top-secret mission for the North Pole and test their curb appeal with edible elf homes, until only three bakers remain for one final showdown.
This season's stellar lineup of competitors includes:
