Mr. Josh Olawale reports

CIBC INNOVATION BANKING PROVIDES GROWTH CAPITAL TO AI-POWERED GO-TO-MARKET PLATFORM LANDBASE

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Innovation Banking has provided growth capital financing to Landbase, an artificial-intelligence-powered go-to-market automation platform. The funding will support Landbase's growth plans and product development.

Landbase's platform leverages machine learning technology to automate sales and marketing workflows. The company's GTM-1 Omni agentic AI model enables businesses to streamline their go-to-market processes through automated prospect research, personalized messaging and campaign optimization.

Daniel Saks, chief executive officer of Landbase, said: "Traditional go-to-market approaches have been plagued by fragmented teams, high costs and inefficiencies. With Landbase, we're transforming this landscape by introducing intelligent automation that combines the best of AI and human performance. This growth capital from CIBC Innovation Banking will help us accelerate our mission to revolutionize how businesses approach their go-to-market strategies."

Josh Olawale, director at CIBC Innovation Banking, said: "Landbase has developed a solution that addresses the increasing need for automation in sales and marketing operations. With an experienced management team and growing market demand for AI-enabled solutions, Landbase is well positioned to expand its presence in the go-to-market software space."
