Mr. Adam Weiers reports

CIBC INNOVATION BANKING SERVES AS LEAD ARRANGER OF A SYNDICATED DEBT FACILITY FOR VENA SOLUTIONS

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Innovation Banking has acted as lead arranger and administrative agent of credit facilities for Vena Solutions, an industry-leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform purpose built to leverage the full power of the Microsoft technology ecosystem. The financing will provide Vena with the flexibility to pursue new channels for growth on its mission to help organizations and their finance teams drive long-term, sustainable growth.

Existing investors include Vista Equity Partners, JMI Equity and Centana Growth Partners.

As a Centaur-status company surpassing $100-million (U.S.) in annual recurring revenue (ARR), Vena continues to advance its product road map and deepen its integration within the Microsoft ecosystem. This includes enhancing its industry-leading AI-powered (artificial intelligence) complete planning platform leveraging Microsoft Azure's generative AI technology to help FP&A teams and their collaborators increase productivity, drive operational excellence and make better, faster decisions.

"The best organizations in the world have always leveraged the power of data alongside the strength of their teams to generate outsized returns and market impact," said Hunter Madeley, chief executive officer of Vena. "We exist to help our customers plan and execute at the highest levels and are dedicated to advancing our FP&A platform, enhancing AI-powered capabilities like Vena Copilot, and further expanding our integration within the Microsoft ecosystem. This investment enables us to accelerate product innovation, scale our global reach and deliver even greater value to our customers."

"We are thrilled to support Vena as they continue their leadership and growth in the FP&A space," said Adam Weiers, executive director, CIBC Innovation Banking. "The company and its platform are well positioned to continue to tackle complex operating and strategic planning challenges and deliver value to their clients globally."
