CAPITAL POWER TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER 2024 RESULTS AND 2024 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT ON FEBRUARY 26

Capital Power Corp. will release its 2024 fourth quarter results and 2024 integrated annual report (IAR) before the markets open on Feb. 26, 2025. A conference call and webcast to discuss the results will be held the same day at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET).

Capital Power's IAR will include the company's year-end financial information, environmental, social and governance reporting, a Sustainability Accounting Standards board index, and disclosures in accordance with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
