DEMESNE RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Demesne Resources Ltd.'s Brandon Kou has resigned as a director of the company to pursue other opportunities. The company would like to thank Mr. Kou for his contributions to the company.

The company is pleased to announce that Ajar Toor, the chief financial officer of the company, has been appointed as a director of the company to fill the vacancy. Mr. Toor has also been appointed as corporate secretary of the company, replacing Adam Virani, who will remain a director of the company.
