MEDICAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2024, by on-line webcast were elected as directors of Medical Facilities Corp.

Detailed results of the votes by proxy and ballot for the election of directors are set out in the attached table.

At the meeting, the shareholders of the corporation also approved the appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as auditor of the corporation and authorized the board of directors of the corporation to fix its remuneration, with 99.63 per cent of the votes in favour.
