MEDICAL FACILITIES CORPORATION TO ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER RESULTS ON MAY 8, 2025

Medical Facilities Corp. will release its first quarter 2025 financial results prior to market open on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Medical Facilities' financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the three-month period ended March 31, 2025, will be filed on SEDAR+ following the release, and will also be available on the same day on Medical Facilities' website. Management will host an earnings conference call to review the financial results at 8:30 a.m. ET the same morning.
