ADF GROUP INC. FISCAL YEAR 2025 CONFERENCE CALL INVITATION

ADF Group Inc. will publish the results for its fiscal year ended Jan. 31, 2025, on April 10, 2025, at 7 a.m. ET.

Jean Paschini, chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer, and Jean-Francois Boursier, chief financial officer, will co-host a conference call on the same day at 10 a.m. ET to discuss the corporation's most recent results and outlook for the coming quarters.

A question-and-answer session from financial analysts will follow ADF's presentation.
