Mr. Ronny Motz, a shareholder, reports

EARLY WARNING PRESS RELEASE

Pursuant to purchases in the public markets, as of May 30, 2024, Ronny Motz controls 10 per cent or more of the common shares of Silver Elephant Mining Corp.

On June 4, 2024, Mr. Motz acquired 30,000 Silver Elephant shares pursuant to purchases in the public market. The value of the acquisition was 45 cents per share for a total value of $13,500.

The company currently has 34,199,788 shares and 8,067,226 share purchase warrants issued and outstanding. Mr. Motz currently controls 4,057,030 shares, representing approximately 11.86 per cent of the outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis and approximately 9.60 per cent on a fully diluted basis.

Mr. Motz acquired the shares for investment purposes, and he may from time to time increase or decrease his ownership or control of securities of the company depending on market conditions and/or other relevant factors.
