The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to an arm's-length acquisition of Bombee Global Entertainment Ltd., a business of e-sports event production, including live production, special effects, broadcast and event management, between the company and arm's-length vendors pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated Oct. 21, 2024.

Consideration is $1.5-million in cash and 30 million common shares.
