EXRO TECHNOLOGIES DISCONTINUES US BUSINESS

After consultation with advisers and stakeholders, Exro Technologies Inc. has decided to discontinue its U.S. business, operated through various U.S. subsidiaries, and is reducing its non-essential U.S. staff accordingly.

It is anticipated that the Toronto Stock Exchange will place the company under a delisting review, and there can be no assurance as to the outcome of such a review or the continued qualification for listing on the TSX.
