The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a share purchase agreement dated Nov. 14, 2024, between the company and a non-arm's-length party to acquire an additional 7.47-per-cent interest in Synergy Aviation Ltd., located at Villeneuve Airport in Alberta. As consideration on closing, the company has paid an aggregate of $297,977, to be satisfied through the issuance of 2,591,104 common shares at 11.5 cents in the capital of the company.
