FIRST NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES JANUARY DIVIDEND PAYMENT

First National Financial Corp. has declared its monthly dividend payment of 20.8334 cents per common share for the period from Jan. 1, 2025, to Jan. 31, 2025. The dividend will be payable on Feb. 14, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 31, 2025.

First National, for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, advises that its dividends declared in January, 2025, will be eligible dividends, unless otherwise indicated.
