DR. JASON DEAN JOINS FREMEDICA

("Frequency Exchange" or the "Company") (TSXV: FREQ) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FREmedica Technologies Inc. ("FREmedica"), has initiated a collaborative partnership with Dr. Jason Dean ("Dr. Dean"). Dr. Dean has joined our Marketing and Wellness Advisory Boards, participated in the current finance round and will play a key role in introducing NIKKI, our Personal Frequency Delivery System you wear, to Health Care Professionals and the general public.

Dr. Dean will introduce "NIKKI" through BraveTV.com and Revolution Health; both online advocacies for personal engagement in health and well-being. His podcast devoted to state-of-the-art health knowledge has generated over 15 million views.

Dr. Dean was first to introduce CellCore products and protocols to the public. He intends to carry this success over to presenting FREmedica products and protocols to both health care and public audiences.

Dr. Dean's professional background includes working with Pinnacle Systems Team Sports and XOS Technologies. He has collaborated with the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, NASCAR, PGA Tour, and USTA. Dr. Dean will outline the role NIKKI technology has to play in these professional sports.
