ALSET AI ANNOUNCES EXPIRY OF WARRANT EXERCISE INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Further to the news releases dated Aug. 25, 2025, and Aug. 27, 2025, the early warrant exercise incentive program intended to encourage the early exercise of up to 19,999,993 outstanding common share purchase warrants of Alset AI Ventures Inc. held by warrantholders expired on Sept. 26, 2025, and no eligible warrants were issued pursuant to the incentive program.
