GROUPE DYNAMITE TO REPORT FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL 2024 RESULTS ON APRIL 15, 2025

Groupe Dynamite Inc. will release financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024 on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, before markets open. Groupe Dynamite will also hold a conference call the same day to discuss its financial results. Andrew Lutfy, chief executive officer and chair of the board, Stacie Beaver, president and chief operating officer, and Jean-Philippe D. Lachance, chief financial officer, will be the speakers and will answer questions from financial analysts.
