PROTIUM CLEAN ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF JOHN RYDER TO ADVISORY BOARD
Protium Clean Energy Corp. has appointed John Ryder, PGeo, to its advisory board. Mr. Ryder has been engaged in mineral exploration worldwide for over 40 years, exploring for a variety of commodities and gems as both a geologist and as management of public companies. From 1975 to 1986, he conducted exploration programs for RTZ Corp. (now Rio Tinto) as a senior geologist in Ireland, Scotland, Germany and Saudi Arabia. He was the co-discover of the Drumleery lead-zinc deposit in Ireland and was directly involved in the discovery of the 300-million-plus-tonne al Jalamid phosphate deposit in Saudi Arabia.
"We are very excited to have John join our advisory board. The company will benefit greatly from his depth of experience," remarked Marc Branson, chief executive officer of the company.
In addition, the company would like to clarify that its engagement with Plutus Invest & Consulting GmbH (see press release dated Dec. 3, 2024) is for a one-year term (not six months) and that the expected range of expenditures is 75,000 euros (not 100,000 euros) to 250,000 euros.
