GOLDEN SHIELD ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO CONSOLIDATION DATE

Golden Shield Resources Inc. has amended the effective date of its consolidation to Monday, April 21, 2025. The record date is also April 21, 2025.

All other details in the company's news release of April 14, 2025, remain unchanged.

The consolidation is subject to final approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
