The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Ivanhoe Electric Inc. will list additional shares at the open on Feb. 14, 2025. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 12, 2025, to the company's base shelf prospectus dated July 20, 2023, Ivanhoe Electric is issuing 11,794,872 units at $5.58 (U.S.) per unit in a public offering.

According to the TSX, each unit will consist of one share and one warrant of the company, with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one share at $7 (U.S.) for 12 months following the closing of the offering.

The TSX reports that the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
