speechless always on these situations. No one can control acts of God,no one can predict the future. Minerals are needed unless you want to stay in the dark ages. Since you are blessed with the minerals why not accept the minerals exist and benefit from them. The tahltan and nisga have accepted and are benefiting they are now taking over a port in BC.

If you have driven outside of Vancouver, well even inside Vancouver you can drive into capilano reserve or other reserves in lower mainland you can see the situations.

The argument is, " we want no one here", "we dont want change"...but even water purification systems can be negotiated, or anything with mining companies if you feel bad receiving cash... the point is use the resource to make lives better--- the argumet many times is, we dont want to change our lives....well everyone needs clean water...sewage treatment systems...etc...etc... fukin commies setup towns in middle of nowhere as did loggin companies here and mining companies in the past....Timmins would not exist if the Timmins brothers didn't find that monster quartz outcrop loaded with gold...more money been made litigating and talking about having gold since 1950's.

Xatsull First Nation says, "No mining without consent"? How about no more of our taxpayer money without our consent?

Interesting, innit, that the First Nations who are clamouring for their own nations, languages, governments, etc. are only too happy to accept Canadian dollars. What ever happened to wampum (dentalium and other shells), copper shields, baskets, obsidian, etc?
