The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a share transfer agreement dated Nov. 25, 2025, between the company and ERxpert Inc., in connection with the acquisition of the remaining 20-per-cent minority interest in the issued and outstanding shares of the company's subsidiary, Groupe Technologique KDA Inc. (GTK).

As consideration for the transaction, the company issued 35 million common shares.
