KITS EYECARE ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Kits Eyecare Ltd. has made changes to the company's board of directors. Arshil Abdulla has been appointed to the company's board of directors, and Sabrina Liak has resigned from the company's board of directors.

Mr. Abdulla is the former chief executive officer and founder of LD Vision, and the current chief technology officer of Kits Eyecare.
